O'Reilly & Associates now provides the entire contents of Chapter 6 from an excellent book called Using & Managing PPP by Andrew Sun. It tells you everything you need to know if you want to set up your computer to take advantage of a PPP connection to Ola Grande Networks, or any other ISP.

I still recommend that you buy the book.
